We are looking for an FandB Team Leader (Full-Time) to join the InterContinental team at InterContinental Edinburgh The George Hotel. InterContinental Edinburgh The George Hotel offers a luxury experience with a rich cultural setting, home to Scotland’s first Le Petit Beefbar Restaurant. As an FandB Team Leader, your main duties are to support FandB managers to ensure Burr and Co runs smoothly and that guests receive 5-star service. You will handle high-level service recoveries, train new starts, and manage your shift in the absence of an FandB manager.Responsibilities

Availability to work 40 hours per week.Experience working within a Cafe, Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager.Experience developing and coaching team members to ensure high performance.Passion for providing luxury experiences and willingness to personalise guest stays using local knowledge.Ability to work well in a team with guests as the center of focus.Compensation and Benefits
