SuccessFactors/Employee Central Time Migration Programme Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking andamp; Time Off Consultant Location: UK - Hybrid Position Type: Contract - Outside IR35 Experience Level: 5-9 years Working Pattern: Remote/Hybrid, with availability during UK business hours Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Off Consultant to design and deliver the time and attendance solution on a large-scale SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) transformation. The programme migrates a complex UK public sector payroll and HR estate from Legacy SAP ECC/SAP HCM into the SAP SuccessFactors landscape, covering approximately 65,000 employees across 17 payroll areas, multiple public sector pension schemes (LGPS, Teachers, NHS), a significant multiple-employment population, and more than 60 integration interfaces. This role is based in the UK on a remote/hybrid contract basis, working during UK business hours as required by the programme. Time and attendance data is a direct upstream dependency for payroll accuracy, so this role sits at the heart of the delivery.
