SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager12 Month Fixed Term ContractLiverpool (4 Days Per Week On-site) 60,000 - 70,000 + Excellent BenefitsAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of SAP SuccessFactors improvement initiatives within a large and complex organisation.The successful candidate will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand current challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and oversee the delivery of enhancements across the SAP SuccessFactors platform. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management expertise with an understanding of HR technology and business change.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors enhancement and optimisation projectsEngage with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritise improvementsCreate and manage project plans, timelines, risks and dependenciesCoordinate internal teams and external technology partnersDrive governance, reporting and stakeholder communicationsEnsure successful implementation and adoption of system improvementsManage budgets, resources and project deliverablesSupport continuous improvement of HR processes and technology capabilitiesSkills and ExperienceProven experience delivering HR systems or SAP SuccessFactors projectsStrong project management and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience working with HR, Technology and third-party delivery teamsAbility to manage multiple work streams ..... full job details .....
