The consultant will support a large-scale enterprise environment and work closely with the client team to address a significant backlog of complex integration and business process requirements.The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, hands-on experience with system integrations, and strong understanding of enterprise HR ecosystems. The consultant will collaborate directly with client stakeholders, analyze business requirements, design integration solutions, and ensure seamless operation of critical recruitment and talent management processes. Key Responsibilities: Support and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Talent Acquisition modules. Analyze and resolve complex functional and integration-related issues.
