In this role, you''ll own end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise Salesforce implementations, defining technology strategy and ensuring scalable, secure, high-performing delivery across the business. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementations across Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud Write high-level design documentation covering application design, integration strategy, data architecture, and security model Design scalable Agentforce solutions, including AI-powered agent experiences, orchestration, and enterprise system integration Define and govern Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, including data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation Establish Salesforce security architecture and lead architecture governance, design reviews, and technical workshops What You Will Ideally Bring 12 years of overall Salesforce experience, with proven track record as a Solution, Technical, or Senior Salesforce Architect Strong experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Service Cloud at enterprise scale Hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce APIs Strong expertise in enterprise integration patterns, API-led architecture, and ..... full job details .....
