You''ll play a key role in modernising IT service management by designing and implementing scalable, automated service management solutions that support critical business operations.Working within a complex enterprise environment, you''ll help deliver resilient, cloud-enabled service management capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and drive automation across infrastructure and business services.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect BMC Helix solutions aligned to business and service management requirements.Lead the implementation and integration of BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Digital Workplace and automation solutions.Work closely with infrastructure, cloud, application and business teams to deliver scalable enterprise service management platforms.Drive automation and workflow optimisation to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.Define solution architecture, technical standards, governance and best practices.Support continual improvements across Incident, Problem, Change, Asset and Configuration Management processes in line with ITIL.Provide technical leadership for platform upgrades, migrations and integration projects.Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot complex technical ..... full job details .....
