Salesforce Business Analyst We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme supporting a large-scale Lead-to-Cash journey. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst with strong Salesforce knowledge to work across business stakeholders, product teams, and delivery squads to shape and deliver Salesforce-enabled solutions. Location: London, UK (Hybrid 3 days per week in office) Contract Type: Contract Duration: 12 months Day Rate: £380 per day (Inside IR35) Working Pattern: Hybrid The Role As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a key role within a product-focused transformation team, supporting discovery activities, requirements definition, solution alignment, and delivery across Salesforce platforms. You will work closely with Product Leads, Product Managers, SMEs, and technical teams to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories. Key Responsibilities Support discovery workshops by preparing materials, capturing requirements, and documenting business processes. Work with stakeholders to understand sales processes, commercial models, exception scenarios, and capability gaps. Provide Salesforce demonstrations and platform walkthroughs to business stakeholders. Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery artefacts.
