Senior Technical Business AnalystRate: 640 per day Inside IR35Location: London or Bristol / Hybrid - approx. one day per week onsite Active SC clearance required We''re looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a major public-sector technology programme.This is a senior role for someone who can operate comfortably across business and technical environments, leading requirements analysis, identifying cross-programme dependencies and working with senior stakeholders to shape solutions and support programme delivery.The RoleYou''ll take a lead role in investigating, analysing and defining platform requirements across multiple business and technical areas.You''ll work closely with Platform teams and programme stakeholders, helping to ensure requirements are clearly understood, dependencies and impacts are identified, and decisions are supported by robust Business Analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the elicitation, analysis and documentation of requirements across complex business and technical areas.Identify and assess dependencies, impacts, risks and opportunities across multiple programmes and delivery areas.Engage with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and align them with strategic objectives.Produce high-quality Business Analysis artefacts, including requirements, process models and impact assessments.Act as a key link between technical Platform teams and programme stakeholders.Support programme planning, governance and key ..... full job details .....
