Sales Vehicle Administrator Location: Hemel Hempstead Salary: £32,000 Job Type: Permanent We are currently recruiting for a Sales Vehicle Administrator to join a busy and established motor dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused administrator with previous motor dealership experience to take responsibility for the accurate and efficient administration of vehicle sales, stock, invoicing, funding and associated processes. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Accounts, finance providers and other internal departments, supporting the smooth progression of vehicles from acquisition through to sale. Key Responsibilities Manage accurate records for new and used vehicle stock across multiple vehicle brands. Monitor vehicle movements, stock status and vehicle records. Prepare and process vehicle invoices accurately and within required timescales. Administer additional products and services associated with vehicle sales. Complete and monitor government grant applications relating to eligible electric vehicles. Raise vehicle settlement requests and prepare supporting documentation. Process administration relating to direct vehicle purchases. Manage vehicle funding administration and liaise with finance companies where required. Administer fully paid vehicles and ensure payments and documentation are correctly reconciled. Liaise closely with Sales, Accounts, finance providers and suppliers to resolve queries and discrepancies. ..... full job details .....
