Sales Team Manager

Sales Team Manager Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm Hybrid - 3 days office Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience Performance based bonus Responsibilities: To assume day-2-day responsibility for the performance of a Business Development team of between 8-12 agents. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives General management of the team including Training, Coaching and Motivation To monitor Key Performance Indicators and be responsible for ensuring both the necessary volume and quality of calls is achieved to meet company high standards. Create, develop, and implement new account acquisition and customer retention plans. Provision of sales reports and analysis of performance for senior management. To motivate, inspire and lead by example to ensure your teams success. Required Skills and Experience: 2 years+ in a SALES TEAM MANAGER role Experience of running a successful sales team with individual team targets. Analytical with previous experience in preparation of sales plans and reports. Strategic, results driven individual with commercial business acumen. Proven track record in key account acquisition. Strong management skills, including performance management, coaching, succession planning and career development. Previous experience working within business development and/or account management.
