Sales Team Manager-
Monday - friday 8:30am-5:30pm-
Hybrid - 3 days office-
Salary up to -40,000 depending on expereince-
Performance based bonus-
Responsibilities:
- To assume day-2-day responsibility for the performance of a Business Development team of between 8-12 agents.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues
- Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
- General management of the team including Training, Coaching & Motivation
- To monitor Key Performance Indicators and be responsible for ensuring both the necessary volume and quality of calls is achieved to meet company high standards.
- Create, develop, and implement new account acquisition and customer retention plans.
- Provision of sales reports and analysis of performance for senior management.
- To motivate, inspire and lead by example to ensure your teams success.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 years+ in a SALES TEAM MANAGER role-
- Experience of running a successful sales team with individual team targets.
- Analytical with previous experience in preparation of sales plans and reports.
- Strategic, results driven individual with commercial business acumen.
- Proven track record in key account acquisition.
- Strong management skills, including performance management, coaching, succession planning and career development.
- Previous experience working within business development and/or account management.
- Track record of delivering results in fast paced, competitive industry.
- Understanding of CRM systems.
- Strong presentation skills.
