Hands on manager role with own sales targets as well as managing overall team sales targets Set individual targets for team members and coach and train to hit sales figures. Work closely with marketing team whom bring in leads and learners, and covert these leads to sales with a sales target and KPIs to hit for course sales figures Enrol people onto Digital and CIPD training courses B2C role selling direct to professional learners Grow the team, train and develop and add headcount Work with marketing on new ideas for candidate attraction and engagement to secure more learners Conduct webinars and candidate events to secure interest from potential learners.
