Sales Team Leader Location : Nr Huntingdon Salary £35K base plus 5-7k comms Overview My client is looking for a hands-on Sales Team Leader to support and develop a small outbound telesales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound calling, strong coaching ability, and a track record of improving team performance. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading from the front, driving KPIs, and helping advisors grow in confidence and capability. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and support a team of outbound Sales Advisors. Deliver daily coaching, call feedback and performance development. Drive KPIs including dials, connects, pitches, conversions and quality scores. Ensure advisors follow scripts, compliance standards and objection-handling frameworks. Monitor dialler activity and maintain efficient call flow throughout the day. Handle escalations professionally and maintain a positive customer experience. Support onboarding through buddying, mentoring and training new starters. Track team performance, identify trends and implement improvement plans. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all customer interactions are logged correctly. Work closely with management to meet weekly and monthly sales targets. Skills and Experience Required Experience in outbound telesales, contact centre, or high-volume sales. Previous coaching or mentoring experience (formal or informal).
