Commercial Operations Team Leader Bedford £35 - £40k We are supporting an established B2B organisation with theappointment of a Commercial Operations Team Leader. This is a hands-on leadership position combining peoplemanagement, customer support, commercial coordination and thedelivery of technically led customer requirements. The successful person will already have experience managingdirect reports and will be comfortable taking responsibility forthe performance, workload and development of a small team. Key Responsibilities for a Commercial Operations Team Leader: Allocating workloads and managing team priorities Supporting the preparation of customer pricing andcommercial proposals Coordinating customer requirements from initial enquirythrough to completion Working with product information, specifications andtechnical documentation Reviewing more complex customer requirements and helpingthe team identify appropriate solutions Liaising with customers and key internal departments Ensuring orders, pricing information and project detailsare processed accurately Coaching team members and addressing developmentrequirements Maintaining accurate information within internal businesssystems Identifying opportunities to improve processes andcustomer experience Key Skills for a Commercial Operations Team Leader: Experience within a manufacturing, engineering,construction or similarly technical environment would beadvantageous. comfortable dealing with customer ..... full job details .....
