Overview
Our client is a dynamic, service-driven wholesale tour operator offering a range of solutions for group travel to globally based travel agents for their clients traveling into the UK and Europe. This role is offered on a hybrid basis – Central London.Responsibilities
Provide support to sales managers with day-to-day sales activities and administration tasks.Creating, amending and sending quotes requests.Developing and maintaining client relations.Preparing and sending out offers and follow up with customers to win business.Managing and developing client profiles.Checking and maintaining hotel options and deadlines.Active involvement in operational aspects as required.Assisting accounts department with any credit control queries.Experience Required
Previous experience within travel tour operations / travel sales OR Sales targeted positions is essentialYou must have experience in quoting and costing IN TRAVELCustomer-oriented approachExcellent interpersonal skillsAble to work under pressure and with tight deadlinesFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving environmentExcellent organisational and time management skillsProblem-solving skillsPlanning and organising skillsFluent written and verbal EnglishSalary and Benefits
