The role will involve:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers including distributors, service partners, and end users.
• Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally, relieving pressure from colleagues.
• Providing outstanding telephone support alongside efficient administrative support.
• Processing quotes, orders, returns, and invoices accurately.
• Following up on warm leads and outstanding quotes to help close sales.
• Identifying and executing upselling opportunities.
• Supporting internal teams including Customer Service, Fleet, and Field Sales.
• Maintaining accurate records across CRM and core systems.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a call centre/ customer service environment handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• A proactive, enthusiastic and driven approach.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
