Sales Support & Development Executive

Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and ambitious Sales Support & Development Executive to work for a company in Abingdon.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational and customer service skills who is looking to progress into a sales career. You''ll receive full training and support, with the opportunity to step into a more sales-focused position as you develop.

Role: Sales Support & Development Executive

Location: Abingdon

Hours: 09:00 - 17:30

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Support & Development Executive:

• Accurately process sales orders using SAGE 200
• Handle customer service enquiries via phone and email, providing excellent support and guidance
• Develop a strong understanding of the company''s products and services to support both customers and the sales team
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication between departments
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including quotations and order tracking
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, contributing to a positive and professional working environment

About you:

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, or sales support (experience with SAGE 200 desirable but not essential)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A proactive, ambitious mindset with a desire to progress into a sales role
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
