Sales Support Coordinator TRAVEL

Our client is a dynamic, service-driven wholesale tour operator offering a range of solutions for group travel to globally based travel agents for their clients traveling into the UK and Europe. As a Sales Support Executive, you will assist and support a growing and dynamic sales team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced applicant within a Tour Operator / DMC working within sales, quotations or operations! The role involves managing and supporting a portfolio of travel agents and their client booking requests This role is offered on hybrid basis - Central London Responsibilities: Provide support to sales managers with day-to-day sales activities and administration tasks. Creating, amending and sending Quotes requests. Developing and maintaining client relations. Preparing and sending out offers and follow up with customers to win business. Managing and developing on Client Profiles. Checking and maintaining hotel options and deadlines. Active involvement in operational aspects as required. Assisting accounts department with any credit control queries. Supporting Operations during peak season. Experience Required Previous experience within travel tour operations / travel sales OR Sales targeted positions is essential You must have experience in quoting and costing Customer oriented approach Excellent interpersonal skills Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment Excellent organisational and ..... full job details .....
