• Cover team absences or assist during peak periods to maintain service levels.
• Drive outbound engagement through customer call sheets and proactive contact.
• Manage pre-order and key accounts, ensuring strong, ongoing relationships.
• Create professional, consistent templates for sales and customer communications.
• Identify process gaps, analyse issues, and implement workflow improvements.
• Conduct regular 1-2-1s and appraisals to support team development and performance.
• Produce sales reports and lead monthly team meetings to share insights and updates.

• Experience supervising or coaching a team in a sales or support environment.
• Proven experience supporting or selling physical products, with a strong understanding of product-based sales cycles and customer need
• High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Strong ability to prioritise and multitask under pressure.
• Results-driven with a focus on improving team performance and customer satisfaction.
