Location: Stone, Staffordshire
Job Type: Full-time, temp to Perm 
Salary: 13.46 an hour/ 26k

We are a fast-paced and growing print solutions company, delivering high-quality print products to a diverse range of clients. With a strong reputation for reliability and customer service, we are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Processor to support our sales and production teams.

The Role

As a Sales Processor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling of customer orders from initial enquiry through to production and delivery. You’ll act as a vital link between customers, sales, and production, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Liaising with the sales team to confirm order details and specifications
• Preparing job tickets and ensuring all information is production-ready
• Communicating with production teams to track job progress
• Managing customer queries and providing updates on order status
• Checking artwork files and specifications (training can be provided)
• Raising invoices and handling basic administrative tasks
• Maintaining accurate records within internal systems

About You

• Previous experience in a sales support, order processing, or administrative role (print industry experience desirable but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/order systems
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience within the print, signage, or packaging industry
• Knowledge of print processes (digital, litho, large format, etc.)
• Familiarity with artwork file formats (PDFs, bleed, crop marks, etc.)
