Sales Processor Print Industry Location: Stone, Staffordshire Job Type: Full-time, temp to Perm Salary: 13.46 an hour/ 26k About Us We are a fast-paced and growing print solutions company, delivering high-quality print products to a diverse range of clients. With a strong reputation for reliability and customer service, we are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Processor to support our sales and production teams. The Role As a Sales Processor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling of customer orders from initial enquiry through to production and delivery. You ll act as a vital link between customers, sales, and production, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage. Key Responsibilities Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently Liaising with the sales team to confirm order details and specifications Preparing job tickets and ensuring all information is production-ready Communicating with production teams to track job progress Managing customer queries and providing updates on order status Checking artwork files and specifications (training can be provided) Raising invoices and handling basic administrative tasks Maintaining accurate records within internal systems About You Previous experience in a sales support, order processing, or administrative role (print industry experience desirable but not essential) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage ..... full job details .....
