Diverse and varied role working for an electronics / technology focused SME who supply products to international blue-chip customers. This is a varied role combining customer service, order management, sales administration and operational support. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, delivery commitments are met, and customer issues are resolved efficiently. The role also offers involvement in reporting, process improvement and wider business operations. What we need for this Sales Operations Coordinator role: Local/easily commutable to Coalville. Experience within Sales Administration, Internal Sales, Customer Service, Customer Operations or Order Management. Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. Good IT skills, including ERP/business systems and Excel. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive problem solver who can work effectively across Sales, Purchasing, Logistics and Finance.
