Thisis a customer facing role at the heart of the sales process,focused on building strong relationships with buyers and sellers,identifying opportunities, and delivering exceptional servicethroughout the property journey. The successful candidate will be confident communicating withclients, motivated by achieving results, and passionate abouthelping people move home. Key Responsibilities: Buyer Management and Viewings Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers Understand buyer requirements and match suitable properties Arrange and conduct property viewings Gather and communicate feedback following viewings Maintain regular contact with registered applicants Proactively generate viewing opportunities Sales Negotiation Manage offers professionally and effectively Negotiate between buyers and sellers to achieve successfuloutcomes Progress agreed sales through to completion Identify and overcome potential obstacles within the salesprocess Maintain accurate records using the CRM system Client Service Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage Communicate clearly and regularly with clients Take ownership of enquiries and client relationships Provide honest, knowledgeable, ..... full job details .....
