Estate Agent - Sales Negotiator

Please note that if you do not have the relevant experience required for the role, your application will not be considered. We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator position, for our Estate Agency client based in Stopsley. The successful candidate must have 5 months previous Estate Agency experience and must live in Luton. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car. Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Negotiator: Basic £19,000 OTE £35,000 Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm 2 Saturdays per month with 2 days back in lieu 5 day working week Strong training and development Parking at the office Excellent career progression Well-known award-winning Estate Agency Responsibilities for the role of Sales Negotiator: Registering and qualifying potential buyers Generating and conducting viewings Canvassing to bring on new properties Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers Preparing sales brochures Developing relationships Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis Booking appointments Always delivering exceptional customer service Key Skills for the role of Sales Negotiator: At least 5 months Estate Agency experience Must live in Luton High level of customer service skills.
