Job Title: Sales Negotiator Location: Tamworth Basic Salary: Up to £27,000 OTE: £37,000+ A well-established, highly regarded and award-winning corporate estate agency is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful Tamworth branch. Experience as a Sales Negotiator within an estate agent is essential. Job Role and Responsibilities Arranging and conducting property viewings Liaising with vendors, buyers and solicitors Negotiating offers through to agreed sale Progressing sales through to completion Booking market appraisal appointments Working towards and exceeding sales targets General sales administration and CRM management Skills and Experience Required Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within an estate agency Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving KPIs Friendly, personable and able to build rapport quickly Confident, articulate and professional Excellent communication and negotiation skills Motivated, enthusiastic and driven to succeed Full UK driving license Hours and Benefits Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm 1 in 4 Saturdays (paid) 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, rising to 27 days after the qualifying period Company sick pay (after qualifying period) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Life Assurance (2x annual salary) Bereavement support GP24+ online GP access Your birthday off (after qualifying period) Company pension This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected estate agency that offers ..... full job details .....
