Strong OTE Uncapped Commission Career Progression A Quick Look at the Role In this role, you''ll be responsible for both winning new instructions and managing the sales process, using your estate agency experience and local market knowledge to generate new business and maximise every opportunity. You''ll build strong relationships with vendors and buyers, conduct valuations and property viewings, negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion. You''ll also work closely with the wider branch team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and maximise opportunities to introduce clients to our in-house Mortgage Advisors.
