Sales Manager
Location: Dundee
Salary: -36,000 per annum
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Full-Time, Office-Based

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sales of a dynamic event and meeting space in Dundee. This is a key role focused on driving revenue through strategic networking, relationship building, and effective sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and build a strong sales pipeline through networking and outreach activities
- Sell and upsell the venue''s event and meeting space to corporate and private clients
- Negotiate pricing and tailor packages to meet client needs while maximising revenue
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, event organisers, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
- Provide regular sales reporting and contribute to business development plans
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within hospitality, events, or venue management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and results-driven approach to business development
- Ability to build rapport and close deals confidently
- Familiarity with the local business landscape is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
