Role Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team and driving sales revenue to achieve quarterly and annual targets. This role will be pivotal in the success and growth of our company, as it will involve increasing sales revenue and fostering a positive sales culture within the organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of 3 telesales staff, 2 Account Managers, and 6 Business Development Managers (BDMs) in the UK. 2. Set sales targets and objectives for the team, and ensure they are effectively communicated and understood. 3. Provide coaching, training, and professional development opportunities to sales staff to enhance their performance and skills. 4. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company sales targets. 5. Conduct sales forecasting and budgeting, and monitor performance against targets. 6.
