Chase Taylor Recruitment are representing a forward-thinking glazing business who work closely with homeowners and businesses to provide window and door product solutions. As part of their growth plan, they wish to appoint a Sales Manager to develop their sales function, leading a team of experienced Sales Consultants. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented people manager who enjoys developing teams whilst leading from the front. They will be responsible for helping to create a positive sales culture whilst ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout each stage of the sales process. You will work closely with the Director to shape the company s sales strategy as well as managing all day-to-day sales operations. This position is integral to the exciting plans the company s has for growing the business and they are looking for a true manager who can support, coach, and develop a small sales team to maximise leads and convert sales opportunities whilst maintaining margins. The Opportunity You will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the sales team, providing leadership, structure, and support to help individuals achieve their full potential.
