The successful person will work closely with the existing Director, initially learning the business before progressively taking greater responsibility for the sales function. The intention is that, subject to performance and development, they will be capable of stepping into the senior sales leadership role within approximately two years.Key Responsibilities Support the Sales Director with the day-to-day leadership of the sales function. Manage and develop relationships with high-net-worth/private customers purchasing premium kitchens. Understand customer requirements and translate them into commercially viable proposals.
