Candour Talent are currently recruiting for a Retail Sales Manager to join our client based in Tredegar. Experience selling white goods, electrical products, or similar would also be an advantage. The Role: Manage and motivate the sales and shop team to deliver excellent customer service. Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets. Manage stock ordering and maintain appropriate stock. Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure products are delivered safely and on time.
