Sales Executive (Technical/Construction)

An established and market-leading specialist subcontractor operating within the leisure, wellness and aquatic construction sector is seeking a Sales Executive to support its continued growth across the UK and Ireland.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with a Sales background ideally linked to construction, engineering, built environment, looking to continue to develop their career in business development and project sales.Rather than focusing on direct sales alone, the role is centred around identifying opportunities, researching projects, building industry relationships and generating new business opportunities across the construction and leisure sectors.Working closely with the UK management team, you will play a key role in identifying and developing future project opportunities across the UK and Ireland.Responsibilities will include:Researching schemes from planning and feasibility stages through to procurement and construction.Mapping key project stakeholders including local authorities, developers, architects, consultants, engineers and contractors.Building relationships with prospective clients and industry contacts.Monitoring planning applications, procurement frameworks and market activity.Conducting competitor and market research to identify new opportunities for growth.Generating introductions, meetings and qualified opportunities for the wider sales team.Supporting quotations, tenders, presentations and commercial proposals.Maintaining ..... full job details .....
