Sales Executive

A well-established franchised main dealer in Seaford, East Sussex, is seeking an experienced sales executive to join their high-performing sales team. Benefits of a Sales Executive:

• Basic salary of -16,500 with a realistic OTE of -40,000
• Monday to Friday working hours from 08:30 to 17:30, with a day off in the week
• Saturdays from 08:30 to 17:00, with no Sundays required
• Company car with fuel card, including private use

Duties of a Sales Executive:

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual vehicle sales targets
• Maximise profitability on vehicle sales through effective selling of warranties and finance options
• Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and foster customer loyalty
• Clearly communicate options, accessories, extended warranties, and finance facilities to customers
• Develop a thorough knowledge of product features, accessories, and pricing
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining professionalism and product knowledge at all times
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and dealership policies
• Proactively prospect for new customers and follow up on sales leads
• Ensure the highest standards of customer care throughout the sales process

Requirements of a Sales Executive:

• Proven experience in automotive sales, ideally with at least 3 years within the motor trade
• Well-organised with strong planning and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work within a regulatory environment and meet deadlines
• Confidence in prospecting and following up sales opportunities
• Genuine passion for the automotive industry and a customer-centric approach
• Right to work within the UK
