Based in Burgess Hill with excellent transport links, this Telesales Executive position forms part of a small, stable sales and marketing team working from a newly refurbished office. Reporting into the sales and marketing function, you will play a key role in generating sales opportunities, supporting field-based colleagues and maintaining strong customer relationships. Full product training will be provided. Key responsibilities will include:Supporting a nationwide sales team by identifying and generating qualified leadsContacting new and existing customers to introduce products, promotions and campaignsBooking appointments for field-based sales representativesMaintaining and updating customer information within the CRM systemBuilding strong relationships with customers over the telephoneFollowing up on marketing campaigns and customer enquiriesIdentifying opportunities to increase sales activity and customer engagementWorking towards individual and team performance targetsProviding excellent customer ..... full job details .....
