The focus is on consultative selling rather than cold calling.The role includes client meetings, site visits, telephone and email sales and attending occasional events across London and the South of England.ResponsibilitiesProactively follow up on warm and qualified sales enquiries, ensuring a seamless customer experience and maximising conversion opportunitiesMaintain and update the CRM database, ensuring customer records are accurate, organised and up to dateManage a high volume of inbound calls and emails, providing a professional and responsive serviceRespond to urgent customer enquiries promptly and efficientlyGather detailed information from prospective clients to accurately qualify enquiries and identify customer needsMaintain accurate records and ensure all sales related documentation is completed in a timely mannerProcess sales invoices and support the administration of customer accountsMonitor pricing and contract information to ensure records remain current and ..... full job details .....
