Sales Executive

A fast-growing training academy specialising in delivering high-quality training solutions to the construction industry are seeking a Sales Executive to join their team as they continue to expand. Working with individuals and businesses across the sector, they provide essential accredited training courses to a multitude of regional and national clients.As the Sales Executive you will:Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedInGenerate new business opportunities within the construction sector and wider marketsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and secure additional businessUnderstand client needs and recommend suitable training solutionsManage leads and update CRM systems accuratelyLiaise with our team of in house trainers to ensure courses are organised and well managedSupport the MD with any adjacent tasks.We are looking for a Sales Executive with:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsConfident, driven, and target-orientedA genuine interest in sales and relationship buildingHighly organised with good attention to detailComfortable speaking to people at all levelsAny previous experience within the construction sector or working for a training provider would be advantageous but not essentialYou will receive:Competitive base salary with uncapped commissionFull training and structured onboardingClear progression pathway into senior sales roles and beyondSupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunity to work within a ..... full job details .....
