Sales Director

The Role

Developing and delivering the company''s commercial strategy.

Lead, coach and mentor the sales team to exceed revenue and profitability targets.

Building strong relationships with major customers and strategic accounts.

Identifying new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets.

Working closely with operations, technical, and customer service teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.

Experienced negotiating complex commercial contracts.

Proven track record of managing sales forecasts, budgets and performance reporting.

The Person

A successful track record in a senior sales leadership role gained in FMCG, food distribution, packaging or related field.

Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.

Proven success in winning new business while growing strategic customer accounts.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong commercial and financial acumen.
