The Company

Our client is a successful and growing service-led business with an established national customer base and ambitious plans for further growth. With continued investment in technology, new products and routes to market, the business is now looking to appoint an experienced Sales Director to lead its next phase of commercial development.

The Role

Leading a sizeable multi-channel sales function, you will have overall responsibility for driving revenue growth across field sales, telesales and customer retention. You will develop and execute the sales strategy, improve pipeline performance and forecasting, strengthen commercial processes and create greater consistency across the sales operation. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will also identify new market opportunities, improve customer retention and ensure the sales function is structured and equipped to support continued growth.

The Person

You will be an experienced commercial sales leader with a strong track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth across a multi-channel sales environment. Commercially sharp, analytical and hands-on, you will be comfortable leading change, improving sales performance and creating greater structure and accountability within a growing business. Experience within a B2B service-led organisation, particularly one operating across multiple sales channels with a strong focus on recurring revenue and customer retention, would be particularly relevant. This is an excellent opportunity to take a highly influential commercial leadership role within an ambitious business entering an important stage of its growth.
