We’re now looking for an experienced Sales Director to take full ownership of our Transportation vertical—a strategic growth area at the very core of Arrive’s future.This is not just another sales role—you’ll act as the General Manager of your vertical, shaping strategy, driving revenue, and building transformative partnerships with major transportation and travel operators. Airports, rail networks, freight hubs, and mobility authorities are all looking to reimagine the way they operate—and this role puts you at the heart of that change.Why this role mattersYou’ll define and execute the go-to-market strategy, deliver revenue growth, and lead a high-performing sales team to success. Just as importantly, you’ll act as the face of Arrive in the transport and travel ecosystem, driving adoption of our platform and unlocking new value for some of the most recognisable players in global travel.We’re especially looking for someone with travel industry expertiseWe’re keen to connect with leaders who already know the travel and transport landscape—whether through working with airports, airlines, rail operators, freight networks, or government authorities. Your insider knowledge of the industry’s challenges and opportunities will be crucial in helping us build deep, trusted relationships and drive adoption of our platform.What you’ll doDefine and lead the go-to-market strategy for the transportation verticalOwn the commercial performance, including pipeline management, forecasting, revenue delivery, and retentionBuild strategic, long-term partnerships with enterprise transportation and travel operatorsPartner with Product and Technology to adapt platform capabilities to vertical-specific needsRecruit, coach, and lead a high-performing sales teamRepresent Arrive at key industry events, conferences, and roundtablesWork cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term value creation for clientsWhat you’ll bringProven background in B2B tech sales (SaaS, marketplace, or platform experience preferred)Deep domain expertise in transportation, travel, or mobilityA strong track record of building and scaling vertical-focused sales functionsExperience managing PandL or vertical-level performance, consistently hitting commercial targetsAbility to influence and build credibility at C-level with industry leadersA data-driven mindset with experience in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similarStrong leadership skills, with experience scaling high-performing sales teams in a fast-growth environmentWhy join us?This is a rare opportunity to own and grow a
