We’re seeking a natural Sales Leader with deep industry and SaaS solutions knowledge, strong commercial instincts, and a proven ability to win new business in a complex and competitive B2B environment.Responsibilities
Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and closeBuild and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across the insurance sectorIdentify new market opportunities and contribute to go-to-market strategiesWork collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment from sales through to implementationProvide accurate forecasting and pipeline management to support business goalsLiaising with SDRs and other members of the team on a regular basisQualifications
A strong track record in B2B sales within the insurtech / insurance industryExperience selling complex technology or SaaS solutions, ideally to insurers, MGAs and brokersA consultative approach to selling, with confidence engaging senior and C-level stakeholdersExcellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skillsSelf-motivation, drive, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environmentLiving within easy access to London for a weekly Head Office daySeniority level
