The Opportunity
As Sales Director, you''ll lead our UK sales operation from the front - taking ownership of the strategy while staying actively involved in key account development and high-value negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the UK sales team to exceed growth and revenue targets
- Create and execute strategic sales plans across UK and international markets
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify new markets, sectors, and opportunities for expansion
- Collaborate closely with internal departments including marketing, operations, and product development
- Report regularly to the board on performance, forecasts, and commercial activity
About You
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or Senior Sales Leader within manufacturing
- A hands-on leader who thrives on driving performance and building strong customer relationships
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and developing high-performing teams
- Commercially savvy with excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Willingness to travel as needed across the UK and internationally
