Role: Sales Director - Fire Solutions
Location: Hybrid, with office base near Oxfordshire

My client is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the growth strategy for a leading Fire Solutions division. This role requires a proven sales leader with strong commercial acumen and the ability to inspire and manage a geographically dispersed sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and deliver the sales strategy to achieve revenue and margin growth.
- Lead and mentor sales teams, ensuring high performance and clear accountability.
- Build and maintain strong client and contractor relationships, representing the business at senior level.
- Oversee bids, pricing, and negotiations, ensuring competitive and compliant proposals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
- Work closely with operations teams to align sales with delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales leadership in the fire safety, FM or building services sectors.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing complex sales cycles.
- Ability to lead, motivate and manage sales professionals across multiple regions.
- Knowledge of fire protection systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
