We are seeking an experience B2B SaaS BDR who will build pipeline across the UK and US using an established sales foundation, including a defined ICP, six mapped buyer personas, vertical messaging, sequences, and a call playbook. This is a 50/50 cold calling and email sequencing role focused on qualifying prospects and booking demo calls. Success in the first six months sets you on a path to a mid-market AE role owning a vertical end to end.

Key responsibilities

• Daily outbound prospecting split evenly between cold calls and email sequencing.

• Target Trust & Safety operations and technical leads in key verticals.

• Book high-quality qualification and demo calls with key decision-makers.

• Run and refine existing account lists, call scripts, and objection-handling playbooks.

• Share prospect feedback with sales leadership, product, and marketing to refine messaging.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of SDR or BDR experience within B2B SaaS.

• Strong telephone skills with a proven cold-calling background.

• Technical fluency to speak credibly with technical and Trust & Safety leads.

• Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts.

• Ability to work autonomously while following an established playbook and hitting targets.

• UK and US market experience strongly preferred; fluent English is required.

First month plan

• Week 1: Onboarding on tools, playbooks, product demos, and messaging.

• Week 2: Begin email/LinkedIn prospecting and practice calls with the team.

• Week 3: Launch full outbound execution across calls and sequences.

• Week 4: Review performance and refine approach based on live results.

Package and benefits

• OTE: -75-85k
