Sourcing and generating new leads for the Sales TeamProcessing buyer and exhibitor applications, liaising with references and presenting to Regional Managers/ExecutivesAccurately manage the sales database (Salesforce) and data in the appointment system; ensure client details and prospects are up to date and data input is accurateProducing and communicating accurate weekly sales and buyer reportsBeing the first point of contact for enquiries by email and telephoneHelping to organise sales trips locally and abroad for the sales teamAttending the on-site event during buildup, onsite, and post-show; assisting clients with on-site requirementsAssisting with other general administration duties as requiredWhat You Will Need
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, ideally in a fast-paced events or hospitality environmentReal passion for luxury hospitality, travel, and events; desire to grow in this industryStrong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines; excellent time managementConfident interpersonal communication; professional presentation and strong client relationshipsGreat teamwork, positive attitude, and ability to contribute to a collaborative environmentAbility to handle pressure in a dynamic, small team settingProficiency in Outlook/Google Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint (essential); familiarity with Salesforce and Macs an advantageDesire to learn and develop sales skills while contributing ideas to drive improvementsPosition Type and Benefits
Position Type:
Permanent, with a 4-day working week. Hybrid model includes 3 days in the office (Shepherd''s Bush), 1 day remote, and Fridays as a non-working day.Benefits:
