Sales Coordinator

About the Role We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and ensure the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently. The Sales Coordinator will act as an important link between sales representatives, customers and internal departments, including logistics, finance, warehouse, production and customer service. The role combines sales administration, customer communication, order coordination and reporting. Key Responsibilities Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is correctly entered into company systems. Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, presentations and sales reports. Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on orders. Resolve basic customer issues and ensure queries are followed through appropriately. Liaise with warehouse, production and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including CRM and Sage systems. Track sales activities and ensure relevant documentation is organised and maintained. Monitor product availability and coordinate stock requirements where necessary. Organise meetings, maintain calendars and provide administrative support for sales activities, events and exhibitions.
