Sales Coordinator

My client, an established international manufacturer of dental materials, is currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join their team. This is a varied and important role, acting as a key link between customers, the Sales team and internal departments including Operations, Production, Quality Control, Artwork and Despatch. You will be responsible for coordinating the sales process from customer enquiry through to order fulfilment, while also supporting artwork, export documentation and general sales administration. What you will actually do - Manage customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing updates on orders, lead times, deliveries, collections and delays. Process sales orders and prepare relevant documentation using SAGE 200 and Microsoft Office. Liaise with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Maintain customer accounts, pricing, product information and sales records. Coordinate urgent and special customer requirements, ensuring clear communication across the business. Provide customers with product and quality documentation, including SDS sheets, Certificates of Analysis, Quality Certificates, Product Data Sheets and IFUs. Coordinate packaging artwork, including labels, IFUs and cartons, using CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator where required.
