Your Key Duties and Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers across various communication channels. Conduct structured discovery calls to understand customer needs and qualify leads. Manage assigned leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and pipeline progression. Prepare and issue accurate quotations and supporting information. Maintain clean, complete, and current CRM records. Provide clear, accurate handovers to the Project Manager for confirmed orders.
