This is an exciting opportunity to for a Sales Coordinator join a successful trading company. As Sales Coordinator you’ll be able to demonstrate experience in a similar position, preferably with the ability to think on your feet and the desire to make a real difference in this hands-on role.

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a similar role with a focus on sales administration.
- The ability to think on your feet and the desire to make a real difference in this hands-on role.
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and up-to-date IT skills.
- Motivated with an eye for detail
Key responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator:
- Liaise with customers and internal staff as well as work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to plan, prepare and implement strategies to succeed.
- Ensuring orders are processed/dispatched correctly and efficiently and demonstrate ownership of customers, products and problems with shipments.
- Research and Marketing to identify opportunities
- Communicating with overseas customers
- Preparing tender documents and quotations
- Negotiating with suppliers and processing orders
- Organising shipments
