As an Internal Sales Coordinator, youandrsquo;ll play a key role in supporting our sales team and looking after our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming sales enquiries by phone and email, and turning them into confirmed orders.
Providing excellent customer service with a professional and friendly approach.
Understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Essentials:
Previous customer service and sales experience
Office inaccessible to public transport so must be able to drive in
Desirable traits:
Experience using SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
Confidence working with numbers and analysing information.
