Sales Consultant

About this position: We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering company seeking a driven Sales Executive/Business Development professional to support continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proactive approach to sales who enjoys building relationships, developing new business opportunities, and growing existing customer accounts within a technical environment. Job Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales activity. Build and develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Identify customer requirements and provide suitable engineering solutions. Manage and grow key customer accounts. Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and support the sales process through to completion. Work closely with internal engineering and project teams to ensure excellent customer service. Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on business development activity. Experience Required: Previous experience in a sales, business development, or account management role. Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills. Experience generating new business and developing existing accounts. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Experience within an engineering, manufacturing, automation, or technical environment would be advantageous but is not essential. Full UK driving licence preferred. ..... full job details .....
